Virtually no one with only a diploma level of education has any chance of getting PR in Australia. You must have degree level qualifications (equivalent to an Australian degree) and solid experience in one of a very short list of occupations in which workers are needed here. If your occupation isn’t listed on the Critical Skills List (CSL) or if your qualifications aren’t up to what are required, you have no chance of getting a visa. You must also pass a points test and meet English language, character and health requirements.

Unemployment is very high in Australia. Maybe you should try to get a job in India first.

You don’t stand a chance. Your qualifications are inadequate.
