I want to know if you think it is a good phone to get a 14-year old who likes to text and make a lot of calls. What’s your opinion on the phone?

It Scares Me. Does It You?

Just to make sure this was true, I went on Oprah’s website and
there it is. The below article is very interesting, so I thought I
    would share.

Oprah joins false prophets Bible warned about

    http://www.crossroad.to/articles2/007/smith-oprah.htm or

"Oprah and Friends" to teach course on New Age Christ

Jesus Christ being reinvented, redefined, and blasphemed and,
this false New- Age Christ teaching is about to make huge inroads into the world, with the help of t he queen of television talk shows, Oprah Winfrey.

Oprah Winfrey, began January 1, 2008, on her daily radio
program will offer a year-long course on the New Age Christ , in a
lesson a day and completely cover the 365 lessons from the Course in
    Miracles "Workbook."

Listeners were encouraged to buy A Course in Miracles for
the year-long course, and an audio version, recited by Richard (John BoyWalton) Thomas will be available on compact disc.

Those who finish the Course will have a wholly redefined
spiritual mindset-a New Age worldview that include the beliefs that
there is no sin, no evil, no devil. A Course in Miracles teaches its
students to rethink everything they believe about God and life, and,
bluntly states: "This is a course in mind training" and is dedicated to
    "thought reversal."

The Course in Miracles -in reality-is the truth of the Bible
    turned upside down.

Oprah told her television audience that Williamson’s book, A
Course in Miracles was one of her favorite books, and that she had
already bought a thousand copies and would be handing them out to
everyone in her studio audience. Oprah’s endorsement skyrocketed
Williamson’s book to the top of the New York Times bestseller list .

A Course in Miracles is allegedly a "new revelation" from
"Jesus" to help humanity work through these troubled times. This
"Jesus"-who bears no doctrinal resemblance to the Bible’s Jesus
Christ-began delivering channeled teachings in 1965 to a Columbia
University Professor of Medical Psychology, Helen Schucman.

One day Schucman heard an "inner voice" stating, "This is a
course in miracles. Please take notes." For seven years she diligently
took spiritual dictation from this voice that described himself as
    "Jesus."

Here are some quotes from the "Jesus" voice of A Course in Miracles :

    . "There is no sin . . . "

. A "slain Christ has no meaning."

. "The journey to the cross should be the last ‘
    useless journey."

. "Do not make the pathetic error of ‘clinging to the
    old rugged cross.’"

. "The Name of Jesus Christ as such is but a symbol…
It is a symbol that is safely used as a replacement for the many names
of all the gods to which you pray."

. "The recognition of God is the recognition of yourself."

. "The Atonement is the final lesson he [man] need
learn, for it teaches him that, never having sinned, he has no need of
    salvation."

Popular author Wayne Dyer told his PBS television audience that
the "brilliant writing" of A Course in Miracles would produce more
    peace in the world.

The Course in Miracles-based book, Forgiveness, continues to be
sold in Robert Schuller’s Crystal Cathedral bookstore as Schuller
prepares to host a January 17-19, 2008, "Rethink Conference" at his
    Crystal Cathedral.

2 Timothy 3 (King James Version)

    King James Version (KJV)

    2 Timothy 3

1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous,
boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful,
    unholy,
3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers,
incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than
    lovers of God;
5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof:
    from such turn away.

It’s not surprising at all that Oprah Winfrey is supporting
    Barak Obama!!!
    Christians…..Take heed!!

And PLEASE pass this one on…..if you never forward anything else!
Yes Indeed there r more examples of bad Christians then there r good. I will grant U that.

The only reason people take this course because they can no longer live in fear of be held accountable by a higher power then themselves.
In the end u can not claim I did not know. You knew. You ignored.
Is This the beginning of the end. In the Bible it tells us of false phrophets and false God in the end times. So is this the Beginning of the END????????????????? If so do you feel u r ready to meet THE FATHER,The CREATOR of ALL things?

No, it doesn’t scare me. No, I will not pass this on.

btw, nice copy and paste. http://www.google.com/search?q=Oprah+and+Friends%22+to+teach+course+on+New+Age+Christ&rls=com.microsoft:en-us:IE-SearchBox&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&sourceid=ie7&rlz=1I7GWYE

Job interview tip? What if they ask me why should we hire you?

Posted by admin on September 29th, 2009 and filed under briliant | 6 Comments »

I mean I need a sophisticated answer, whether it shows I want to be successful and also want to benefit my company and make it successfull either. What else is good to say and pleas give me few briliant SENTENCES. because I’m not an english speaker!!!

Because I need a job and I am a hard worker. I am on time for my job and I am helpful and friendly. I am fair and if I find myself needing help with a job I will ask someone to help me. I am a team player and feel that I can work with a team.

I can assure you if you hire me you will not regret it.
Just be straight. Its like dating or anything, either you do or you don’t. Try to show you are not weak, and that you will get the job done.
Tell them you can get the job done. That is an accurate picture to display to someone.
Cherries and whip cream to you. *Good Luck*

If Obama becomes President do you think he can use his brilliant speaking skills to make terrorists love us?

Posted by admin on September 29th, 2009 and filed under always something brilliant | 16 Comments »

He wants to talk to our enemies. People who have sworn on their "God" to kill us. Ahmedinejad has made his goal to wipe Israel off the map. Despots will always be despots why don’t Obama and his supporters live in the real world? Islamic Jihadists will not rest until they rid the world of the Infidels. That means us America. Do you understand that?

i agree its like everyone thinks Obamas gonna be like ok now lets be nice too one another… ok now say your sorry and nothing like this will ever happen again… now bin laden you play nice for now on…. yeah people wake up too the real world i think most of you live in fairy tail land…. this man can not save the world hes not the super man you all think he is…….

Ok, so I am the ASB president at my school. Usually
(not to brag or anything) but i can come up with some pretty fabulous ideas or at least decent ones. In just three days ASB is meeting to decide on a theme for homecoming, and i just can’t think of anything!! Everyone is looking to me for a great idea but i have nothing. I would appreciate sooo sooo much if you guys could help me come up with a theme.

For our homecoming we choose a general theme, then we give each class sub themes. For example last year was a Knight at the awards (we are the knights so we always work that in). Frosh: were emmys, sophs: were tony’s juniors: were oscars seniors: were VMAs.

    past themes have been:
    A knights of holidays
    A knight of time travel
Around the world in one knight

Thanks so much, i know u guys will come up with something brillant!

Oh and i really didn’t know where to put this, but i put it in fashion cuz you have to be creative to have good style. LOL

Why dont u do a 80’s theme theres alot you can do with that
    you can have mafia memebers
    the party dancers
    the famous rich people
plus it will match and wont cost alot because all u will need for the people
is black and white tux or dreses and maybe blue tux for the dancers

How do i convince my friend to perform his brilliant poetry? He can’t envisage himself on any stage :s?

Posted by admin on September 29th, 2009 and filed under brilliant | 3 Comments »

My friend writes really good poetry, has posted some on face book and gotten really good responses so i’m now trying to encourage him to perform in a little cafe but he keeps dismissing the idea. He has never performed anything anywhere before and can be slightly shy at times. How do i convince him to try something new, overcome his apprehensions, express himself and inspire others? Should I even try?

You should try but in the end it will be up to him.
Maybe try to see if he will let you use his poetry and you do the show and at the end introduce him as the writer

    Considerations??????<omg>?

    1. Jesse Jackson, Jim Baker and Jimmy Swaggert have written an impressive new book. It’s called "Ministers Do More Than Lay People."

    2. Transvestite: A guy who likes to eat, drink and be Mary.

    3. The difference between the Pope and your boss: The Pope only expects you to kiss his ring.

    4. My mind works like lightning. One brilliant flash and it is gone.

    5. The only time the world beats a path to your door is if you’re in the bathroom.

    6. I hate sex in the movies. Tried it once, the seat folded up, the drink spilled and that ice, well, it really chilled the mood.

    7. It used to be only death and taxes were inevitable. Now, of course, there’s shipping and handling, too.

    8. A husband is someone who, after taking out the trash, gives the impression that he just cleaned the whole house.

    9. My next house will have no kitchen - just vending machines and a large trash can.

    10. A blonde said, "I was worried that my mechanic might try to rip me off. I was relieved when he told me all I needed was turn signal fluid."

    11. I’m so depressed. My doctor refused to write me a prescription for Viagra. He said it would be like putting a new flagpole on a condemned building.

    12. My neighbor was bitten by a stray rabid dog. I went to see how he was and found him writing frantically on a piece of paper. I told him rabies could be cured and he didn’t have to worry about a will. He said, "Will? What will? I’m making a list of the people I want to bite!"

    13. Definition of a teen-ager? God’s punishment for enjoying sex.

    14. As we slide down the banister of life, may the splinters never point the wrong way.

    15. I signed up for an exercise class and was told to wear loose-fitting clothing. If I HAD any loose-fitting clothing, I wouldn’t have signed up in the first place!

    16. When I was young we used to go "skinny dipping." Now I just "chunky dunk."

    17. The early bird still has to eat worms.

    18. The worst thing about accidents in the kitchen is eating them.

    19. Don’t argue with an idiot; people watching may not be able to tell the difference.

    20. Wouldn’t it be nice if whenever we messed up our life we could simply press ‘Ctrl Alt Delete’ and start all over?

    21. Stress is when you wake up screaming and then you realize you haven’t fallen asleep yet.

    22. My wife says I never listen to her. At least I think that’s what she said.

    23. Just remember, if the world didn’t suck, we’d all fall off.

    24. Why is it that our children can’t read a Bible in school, but they can in prison?

    25. If raising children was going to be easy, it never would have started with something called labor.

    26. Brain cells come, and brain cells go, but fat cells live forever

These are so funny you make my day.

Ideas for creative photo of guitarist / singer?

Posted by admin on September 27th, 2009 and filed under brilliant studio | 2 Comments »

A male musician in action with funky hair and clothes… Either singing into a microphone or playing a guitar. I’m trying to think up an exciting shot I could do. I have a few studio lights, and enough stage lighting for a small theatre so would like to put them to good use. But I’m having trouble finding inspiration and ideas. I know I could search on a micro-stock photography site but would love it if you could post url’s to any photos you particularly like! And any specific ideas would be absolutely brilliant!!

    Thanks!
Count … is there any chance you could send me a link to them? Thanks!

what you want to do is gel/wax your hair so it doesn’t move much, and starch your clothes so they don’t move much either. Then, hang unside down from a tree branch with your guitar. and because your hair and clothes wont flop like they’re upside down, it will look weird and cool :P

What is your criteria to choose the best answer of your questions?

Posted by admin on September 27th, 2009 and filed under briliant | 8 Comments »

Is it something that makes you laugh, something that really amused you, something briliant or just something stupid or what?? I’m curious…

It just depends on the question. If it is a serious question then I pick the one that helps me the most. If it is a joke/riddle usually the first correct answer. Or I willask another question to have someone pick a number 1-(how ever many people answered) and use that as the best. I don’t ever put it to a vote though.
